Clarks Originals is known for its distinctive identity and innovative design,
while Clarks, with its versatility and high quality, has gained support from a wide range of age groups and style preferences. From dress shoes to casual sneakers, as well as seasonal sandals and boots, Clarks offers a diverse selection that appeals to many.

For the design of Clarks SHIBUYA, the brand’s flagship store, we faced the challenge of visibility due to the pedestrian bridge directly in front of the store. Our goal was to enhance the visibility of the in-store items through the existing large glass showcase, ensuring that as people approached the store, they would be drawn inside by an inviting display.

To achieve this, we focused on the side walls, aligning with the natural line of sight of passersby. One side was designed as a curved product display wall that wraps around the space, while the opposite wall was fitted with a large, full-height mirror. A single wooden panel, cut to the width of a shoe, extends in a sweeping arc from the entrance to the cashier counter at the back.

This design approach aimed to unify the diverse colors and styles of the Clarks collection into a cohesive brand experience.
